Welcome to the Team Portal, which makes it easy to manage your team and bots and registration for events.
It takes just 4 simple steps to register for an event.
- Manage your Roboteer profile:
Update your personal information and preferences in your profile.
Manage your profile at Roboteer - Create or join a team:
Ask your teammates if one of you has already created a team. If not, create one. If a team already exists, ask to be added to it.
Manage your team at Team - Add or update your bots:
Ensure that all your bots are correctly listed and up-to-date.
Manage your bots at Bots - Register for events:
Select the bots you want to register for the event and enter some additional information.

To create bots and participate in events, you must be part of a team.
If your teammates have already created a team, ask them to add you to the team.
If no one on your team has created a team yet, you can create a new team and add others if you wish.

Please give as much information as possible.
The information you provide is needed to organize and run the event and may also be shared with the audience — whether in person, via livestream, or on YouTube.
If you can't find the type of weapon or driving technology of your bot, please let us know.

Please upload only one image of your bot.
You do not need to edit the image yourself, nor does it need to have a transparent background.
We will review and edit each image individually. Please understand that this may take some time.
Please make sure the image meets the following requirements:
- The bot must be clearly recognizable
- Minimum resolution: 1600x1600 pixels
- A background that is as monochromatic as possible, with a color that contrasts with the bot (a white bot on a white background is not a good idea)
